Track and Facility Hire Fees (includes Pavillion)
The following fees and charges are applicable for all casual hire at the Coburg Athletics Track
Schools and Not for Profits
Per Hour - $120
Full Day (6 hours) - $680
Flood Lights (per hour) - $60
Commercial
Per Hour - $150
Full Day (6 hours) - $800
Flood Lights (per hour) - $60
School Holidays (Commercial)
Per Hour - $100
Full Day (6 hours) - $500
Flood Lights (per hour) - $60
Booking Process
Step 1. Review the booking calendar to check dates are available.
Step 2. Complete and submit the online booking form.
Step 3. Receive a confirmation email of your booking from Coburg Harriers.
Step 4. Pay the invoice and enjoy your use of the track.

Discounted Hire Rates
Weekdays 7am - 8am - $60 per hour
Weeknights 7pm - 8pm - $80 per hour

Our club is run by volunteers, so please allow 48 hours for a reply to your request. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Coburg Harriers Athletic Club.
