Twilight Fun Run, Tuesday Evening 6:15 Start, 5:30 Registration, Cross Country Trail Run/Walk | RESULTS |

Next Fun Run Event,  24th March 09 : Due to heavy commitments for Coburg Harriers Members (6 Hour event etc) we won't be staging a fun run through March on a Sunday, instead we are having a 'twilight' fun run on Tuesday 24th March 2009, start time is: 6:15pm at Harold Stevens Athletic Track, course will be cross country/trail, computer timed on a 3KM Loop, distance options are: 3KM, 6KM Run/Walk.  This is a good opportunity to test yourself on the punishing Coburg Cross Country Training Course, it's only 3 or 6KM, but remember there are plenty of hills to offer you a challenge and to add something new to your athletic experiences, all welcome we cater to all levels. Entry Fee (subject to change): $10 for 6KM, $5 for 3KM!

Not your normal Sunday fun run, join us for a more relaxed opening run, you can walk or run the only distance option is 6KM.  Entry is $2 for non-club members, this is a NO trophy event, however event will be timed so you will receive an accurate distance and time.

For an event that is a little different from our normal Fun Runs, being an out & back 12km run plus a 6km run/walk along the scenic Merri Creek. There are Trophies for the placegetters, plus Certificates for all, free morning tea, Clubroom facilities and a friendly atmosphere. COBURG  BLUESTONE CLASSIC SATURDAY [ RESULTS ]

WHERE: Harold Stevens Athletic Track, Outlook Rd Coburg Melway 18 A10.  WHAT:   A challenging Cross Country Course comprising: 3 km track+4km bike path + 8 km (2 laps) of tough cross country =  TOTAL 15 km. Entry: $15, trophies for winners & placegetters, certificates for all; enter on the day.

Coburg Half Marathon - [ RESULTS ]

become the hard man or hard woman of the North!  Yes, it's a tough distance & course, but you'll be proud to finish this one.

The event commences at our Coburg Clubrooms,  and follows the Merri Creek Cycle/Walk path, course is undulating, expect rolling hills, some dirt track running, mostly path.   The event is a popular preparation event for the Melbourne Marathon, could be a bit harder than the average half marathon, although the rolling hills offer you a nice kick when needed.

We cater to all levels, we offer a friendly relaxed enjoyable run that is marshaled and setup by runners,  

The course is marshaled and flagged where necessary, with drink stops available.  There is also a 10 km event, for those that want a shorter run or walk. Entry fee is $20, (10km $15) entry on the day, at the Harold Stevens Athletic track, Outlook Rd Coburg, Melways Map 18 A10.

COBURG Fun Run 6 Run/Walk & 12 km Run [ RESULTS ]

Event has (2) options, a 6km Run/Walk or a 12km Run -  course is out and back 6km or 2 loops for 12km runners.  The course is run along the scenic Merri Creek via Coburg Lake Parklands.

There are Trophies for the placegetters, plus Certificates for all, free morning tea, Clubroom facilities and a friendly atmosphere.
