Coburg Harriers Athletic Coaching by Brian Delaney - Endurance & General Fittness, Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM at Club Rooms, sessions involve both track and cross-country training. All levels accomodated, join our friendly and encouraging group. We are currently building our Winter and Summers teams, running should be a social event, why train alone when you can be part of a supportive training group? We can also offer individualised training plans and advice.

"These sessions have been a fantastic way to get fit and reach my personal goal of running a competitive 5 - 10 kms fun run. Brian the coach is not too pushy, rather he allows you to go at your own pace. These sessions also cater to more serious runners, they are supportive and a great inspiration. This training has given me the confidence to really build my fittness and Brian has offered free expert advice and guidance when required.
