1947 - Harold Stevens sets a SA U19 1 Mile RecordHarold Stevens scored a clever win in the Under 19 Mile. Teamwork by brother Norm was a big factor, Norm took the lead for about a lap and a half when Colin Cooper (SA) ran to the front. Almost immediately Harold challenged and led until 300 yards from home, when Cooper ran to the front leaving Harold in the box seat to finish over Cooper and win by a good yard. Time: 4 minutes 34.3 seconds - South Australian Under 19 Record.May 01, 2020

2015 - Coburg 24 Hour Carnival: Bernie Goggin and Matt Delaney ponder the paperwork while Neville Wilson calls the lap numbers.Back in 2015, we had a semi manual recording system for the 6 Hour and 24 Hour Carnivals. An official with a mic called the race numbers and they were manually entered into a software program which then took over and kept count of how far everyone had gone. It was better than a fully manual system but still required a lot of officials and helpers.May 01, 2020
